We are excited to announce that the Ramsey Chamber of Commerce will once again sponsor the Bergen County Firefighter’s Pipe Band at the Home for the Holidays parade. Along with sponsoring the Band, the Chamber will have a float in the parade too! In case you are new to Ramsey, Home for the Holidays is a longtime annual event where Main Street is closed down at 6pm on the first Saturday of December. This event has grown every year with participants in the parade and revelers walking through town. It has become a great tradition among neighbors to wish each other Happy Holidays on Ramsey’s Main Street The Fire Department started this event many years ago and continues to improve its appeal each year, last year adding a very successful Food Truck Festival at the Island Road Fire Station. Following the Parade revelers meet at Island Road to hear the choir and then be wowed by the amazing Ramsey High School Jazz Band.
