Paul is a Waldwick resident, enjoys the dynamic downtown that Ramsey has, is involved in numerous committees and projects throughout the town and is a life long advocate for small business and community involvement. I am new to Ramsey, NJ as I recently moved from Dallas, TX. I graduated from the University of Maryland with an Accounting degree and I have a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Texas. I am also a licensed NJ CPA. Prior to taking over Massage Envy Ramsey (ownership transferred August 31, 2015), I was in the financial consulting business for over 15 years. Jodi Smith - Jodi is a 20 year resident of Ramsey. Married to her husband, Arnie, for 27 years and the mother of 4, she has been actively involved in the community for most of that time. She is the owner of Star Tickets, a company that was started by her family over 30 years ago. Star Tickets is a comprehensive ticket service specializing in premium tickets for theater, concerts, symphony, opera, ballet, sports and special events. They provide quality seating, delivery where feasible, and a reservation service that is available to you at all times. Jodi has been involved in a variety of programs in the schools, as well as the borough. Louise Van Osten is a proven leader in business management consulting. She is a specialist in recognizing business needs and individualizing executable plans to achieve desired results for success. She has been in the consulting business for 25 years. Louise has always been involved in designing, building and growing new businesses. She built her own business while assisting the franchise in national marketing efforts that helped other small businesses achieve higher profits. Additionally, she designed operational procedures that relieved cash flow stress. Louise built new departments as part of a start-up technology company that widened the scope of client offerings. She built new technology applications in order to support new business requirements. She listens, reviews and analyzes business situations in order to develop manageable and executable plans that exceed expectations. Louise is a leader who engages teams to work at their peak efficiency. She makes teams stronger by empowering individuals with skills and tools to implement the right tasks. Louise has a MBA in Management from Pace University and a BS in Computer Science with a Business minor from St. John’s University. As a 22-year resident of Ramsey, Louise is involved in many community events including the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.Her career foundation has always been in client service and management. That coupled with her background in technology, consulting and business ownership enables Louise to apply her wide range of talents to any challenging situation. Paul Karoyan, President - Paul started Olive Branch & Grape Vine 5 years ago because of his passion for good quality healthy foods. Throughout his travels while working in Banking and Finance for over 20 years he had access to local farms in Europe, Middle East, North Africa, South America and California. Impressed by the small family owned businesses, he wanted to share their products with his family and friends back home. Olive Branch & Grape Vine was created to customize each flavored Olive and Balsamic into one brand, under one roof. He spend two years researching and testing while earning a certificate as an Oiliologist. Aside from seeing first hand the health benefits of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, he is thrilled when others share the joy of the same benefit.
Monica Shamoun, Treasurer - I graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a degree in Business administration. I started my banking career when my children were very small. The first bank I worked for was United Jersey Bank. After many mergers, over 13 years became Bank of America. My next banking job was at PNC bank in Ridgewood where I was a branch manager for 7 years. Presently I‘m employed at 
Wendi Francis Seelin, Secretary has lived in Bergen County for over 20 years. Married to her husband Brett for 17 years and owning her own business Star Tickets has afforded her the opportunity to raise a son and daughter in Ramsey, NJ and be involved in the community of Ramsey for the past 15 years. She donates her time to help run a middle school ski club, middle school PTO Secretary and volunteers as a chairperson on several committees.
