Nutrition in Motion: How to Optimize Nutritional Intake Through Mindful and Informed Eating
The body is a physical formation of energy and receives its energy through breath and food. This interactive workshop will cover how to gain maximum benefit from the food you eat by making informed nutritional choices coupled with mindful exercises to benefit digestion. You will experience exercises to enhance breathing, digestion and immunity. And, you will learn about the different nutritional value of foods; the differences in protein (animal vs. plant-based); and how to balance your intake of macro and micro nutrients. The result will be a better feeling you who is healthier and more productive.
The workshop will be hosted by Body & Brain Ramsey and will feature guest speaker Waltraud Unger, registered Health, Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach.
